I installed ipc 10.5.6 but my Dell Inspriron 9300 with the graphic card model “ATI MobilityRadeon X300″ could only “1024×768″ of resulution. Are there any patch to fix this?
Or any ways to get it work?

Hi!, I hope you can help me. I’m considering buying new iPhone 3g from AT&T and unlocking it to work with T-Mobile account.
My concern is compatibility issues with iTunes. Don’t necessarily need music updated but contacts and calendar appointment updating is crucial.

I bought in USA an Iphone 3GS OS 3.0 which worked perfectly in Argenine. Then through Itunes I did upgrade the OS to 3.1 version.The Iphone stopped working displaying the message sim chip not accepted. How can I unlock it again?
Do I have to wait a long time I until a unblock software be developed?
Do I have to throw away the Iphone?

Firstly I would like to say thanks for producing a very informative, easy to view website.
Now my question.
I am in England using an iPhone 3G running 3.0.1 on O2 (UK Provider)
I have jailbroken the phone using redsn0w and am in 2 minds about unlocking due to some issues I am hoping you will be able to answer/help with.
Unlocking the phone can be done with ultrasn0w (from what I have read/viewed)
1: If I unlock the phone, is this reversable to protect the warranty?
2: Also, if the phone is unlocked and I use an AirTel sim while in India, am I still able to use my previous O2 sim as and when required?
3: Can I still sycn with iTunes?

I have a problem with my iphone 3g
Yesterday i did jailbreak and unlock for 3.1.2 with pwnage and it was working fine for 10 hours. Suddenly i discover i m not able to receive any calls or messages and i m able to call and send messsages.
Plz can u tell me what to do to fix this problem.
@Gianni restore your phone and do the jailbreak unlock process again, after jailbreaking during the first sync don’t restore from previous back up and set your phne as a new phone.
I bought new 3GS on 4th Dec & after unlocked, its going to recovery mode automatcally, sems like it Apple had some kind of software installes on new phones, its anyone experianceing same thing.

thanks so much for ur reply
after much Googling i found out that rolling back to my default USB drivers had sorted the issue.(the root hub was using Sony USB Drivers). i could start the VMware USB Aribitration Service, which allowed devices to connect properly,
Now the issue is , my iPhone is connected and it charges(i know it charges from Mac coz i unplug it from base windows 7 system) but i cannot see it anywher in itunes or mac Hd. i wouldnt be bothered about syncing to iTunes but i was planning to learning some app development

I just purchased a 3Gs with 4.0.1 on it and want to be able to unlock it and jailbreak it. From what I can see to do both I will need to go back to 3.1.3 to be able to do that on the 3Gs. Is this correct? If so how do I load an older version of the iso (3.1.3) onto the iPhone? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

hi guys, i would like to thanks the effort for creating a such informative site. I need help on how to get out of the recovery mode for my iphone 3gs. The 3gs is on 3.1.2, 5.11.07, My friend first jailbreak it for me using spirit, and then, he blackrain it to try to unlock and now my phone is stuck in recovery mode with the usb connected to itune on my screen. If there any way to get out of the recovery mode without restore to the lastest OS? I do not have the shsh blob saved, so i would like to know how to get out of recovery mode first and possibly unlock and jb it.

I need help. I received a 2G iphone as a gift. It was unlocked and I went through the loops to activate a SIM from a gophone with it. Everything was going great. I plugged it into my laptop so I could download my music to the iphone. Once that was done I decided to get greedy I suppose and attempted to update the phones firmware. That turned out to be a mistake. Once the firmware was upgraded the phone became locked and all I can is make ‘emergency’ calls. I cannot access any other feater. Can anyone help?
ive mistakingly upgraded to version 4.0.2 and have follewed ur steps which work fine .. only problem is internet will no longer connect ..i.e cannot find server any hep on this would be a bonus thks keep up the good work

Every time I try to disable Rosetta in Terminal I am asked for a password but what password?
So my 4-5-6 buttons suddenly stopped working. I have a jailbroken iphone 2g. So i figured maybe restoring it would solve the problem. So I restored and sure YES at first I was excited that buttons 4-5-6 were now working on the emergency call screen. BUT then I jailbroke the phone with redsn0w. and once again 4-5-6 did NOT work. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix this??? Thanks!!
