iPhone Dev team released a minor update to Redsn0w, bringing it to version 0.9.6 RC12. The tool is available for both Windows and Mac. Latest update brings fixes to some random bug caused the blocking of the jailbreak procedure with a disheartening unexpected error message and the animated boot logos on the device.

Recall that Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC12 can be used over existing 4.3.1 jailbreak to get animated logos, be sure to de-select Cydia to avoid package conflicts
