I’ve just got an iPhone 3GS which is unlocked for me to use other companies…

Is it true that I can’t use blackra1n?? How could I use blackra1n without losing my unlocked state?

hello, my iphone 3g 16gb is locked up. i am not using att, so when i purchased the phone i immediately jailbroke it with redsnow 0.72 and then unlocked it using cydia. 2 weeks after i did that it locked up with the connect to itunes screen and been there every since. i’ve tried rejailbreaking with 0.72 and 0.8 redsnow. i’ve tried just restoring and updating, i’ve tried everything in dfu mode, etc. i keep getting the 1611 error for the majority of the time but sometimes i also get 1603, and 1604. can you help me fix my iphone? i am using a windows vista and also i have a windows xp.
