Apple has just made ​​available in iOS 6.1 which you can download via iTunes or spend it directly from your device OTA (Over The Air). You can do this by using System Software Update application available in Settings > General > Software Update or using iTunes and click Update.

We are expecting a new jailbreak this Sunday from team evad3rs (details here). If you are looking forward to jailbreak your iDevice we recommend  not to do OTA Software Update.
