New day new Cydia Tweak, Underachiever is now available in Cydia and its main function is to provide option to quickly delete all scores available in their Game Center account. Tweak is the most likely made by the developer’s of OverAchiever tweak that allows you to change scores of Game Center. 
Underachiever gives you the option to bring things back to normal if you used that tweak. Underachiever works with any game, so there should be no restrictions in this regard.
Underachiever allows you to reset achievements enabled games for Game Center. In case you Want to enjoy the game a second time or accidentally unlocked all achievements with Overachiever, this tweak Gives you a fresh start.
