iTunes Ping : One Million Users in First 48 Hours

Apple has announced that Ping, the new social network for sharing music integrated into iTunes 10, has reached one million subscribers in first 48 hours. The press published the news reports that an official comment to Eddy Cue, vice president for employee Internet Services: “A third of people who downloaded iTunes are registered to Ping. As more people download iTunes in the next 10 weeks, we expect the community Ping continues to grow. “

Downgrade iOS 4.1 to 4.0.1 for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS 3G

Apple released iOS 4.1 GM for developers, latest version of iOS features several improvements like resolution of several bugs including the proximity sensor iPhone 4 and some new functions like High Dynamic Range Photos, Ability to upload videos in HD on WiFi, Rent TV programs to watch streaming,  Game Center and lots more. Final build of iOS 4.1 will be available in public on 8th of September and after that Apple is going to stop signing iOS 4.0.2 signature files.

Apple Released iOS 4.1 GM for Developers

Apple just released iOS 4.1 GM seed to developers. Regsitered developers can download GM seed from their respective developer accounts. iOS 4.1 features several improvements and new functions like resolution of several bugs, including the proximity sensor iPhone 4, High Dynamic Range Photos, Ability to upload videos in HD on WiFi, Rent TV programs to watch streaming, Game Center and lots more.

Final version of iOS 4.1 will be available on 8th of September, and will be a free upgrade for iPhone 4, 3GS, 3G and iPod Touch users.

Apple Introduces iPod Touch 4, Retina Display, FaceTime, A4 processor

As expected, Apple updated complete range of iPod. Apple launched all new iPod Shuffle, iPod Nano and iPod Touch. iPod Touch is much thinner, with rounded lines, Retinal Display with 326 pixels per inch, 24-bit color and LED display makes this one of the most advanced in the market for these devices. The heart of the new iPod Touch is the Apple A4 chip  (which will match in speed and fluidity to the iPhone 4). It also included 3-axis gyroscope.

Watch Live Video Streaming of Apple Music Event (September 2010)

For the first time in many years, Apple is offering live stream video of their keynote. This is a indication from  Cupertino giants to present something really great and exciting. Although, of course, bear in mind that Apple  was building a 50,000 square meters Data Center in North Carolina.
