Apple Releases iOS 4.2 beta 1 for iPhone and iPad

Apple just pushed out iOS 4.2 beta 2 for registered developers. iOS 4.2 is scheduled to release in November for end users. The Build number is 8c5091e and Firmware weighs 514 MB for iPad and 617 MB for the iPhone 4.
Note : If you care for jailbreak / unlock of your iDevice then stay away from beta release.
