Download iOS 4.0.2 for iPhone, iPod, iPad

Apple released iOS 4.0.2, as you know, the main purpose of this new firmware version 4.0.2 is to block the Safari vulnerability that allowed Comex to run the jailbreak by reading fake PDF. Latest firmware has nothing new except the jailbreak patch so stay away if want to keep your jailbreak.

Hi,
I tried to donwload the software IOS 4.0.2 for Ipad but when I opened the zip file my PC found only unknowns files and I couldn’t open them.
There were three .dmg files and I donwloaded TransMac to open them but this software couldn’t convert them and showed me the message: No Mac HFS volumes found.
In the package I found also three unknown files and two more files that my PC tried to open with Quicktime. But in this case my PC recognized them as PLIST files and I could neither open them nor could I find something about PLIST file extension on the Web.
Now I really don’t know how to manage this. If you know how to handle this, please help me!
I would install IOS 4.0.2 on my laptop HP, Compaq nx 7300 with Intel processor, a Windows XP. It’s about three or four year old.
