How to Install Android on iPhone 3G
last month we told you about first successful porting of Android over iPhone 2G [Check Here] with a step by step detailed guide to install Android over 2G. We also told you that iPhone 3G porting process is also in pipeline. Today David Wong a.k.a. Planetbeing finally released his binaries for porting Android over iPhone 3G. We aren’t excited this time because this release is very unstable, especially with power-management functions, so a fully charged iPhone running Android will last only an hour or so. And turning off Android with power button is still missing, means you have to hard boot your iPhone for turning off Android.
Prerequisite :
- iPhone 3G already jailbroken.
- Ubuntu 32 bit Live CD / Ubuntu installed on PC (Ubuntu 9.10 latest version)
- WiFi connection
Guide :
We aren’t done with our installation due to limitations described above, we advice you to hold your horses until a stable release. But if you still want to go ahead check the official guide written by Planetbeing himself [check here] or follow our iPhone 2G installation guide [check here] for your reference.

Thanks
This is awesome, the iPhone is a decently powerful phone and to have a different OS utilize it would be amazing.
This is wack. Why don’t you come up with a 5.12.01 unlock, that’s what people really need at this time.
This is wack.
After installing anroid can u unlock iPhone?
