Apple released the new Firmware 4.0 beta 4 and its update to the SDK. Latest build is 8A274b, which can be downloaded directly from Apple developers account. OS 4 beta 4 is fast than previous beta and stable releases. Apple also added tons of new features like a new Folder called utilities on Springboard, which contains four native applications: Clock, Calculator, Compass and Voice Memos. Major improvement in Camera roll, now supports landscape mode. Aside from those new wallpapers and minor new features, it seems tethering is back.

Agree with TypeR, Funny how they are waiting for the official release of OS 4, in which they already know that the Baseband will be upgraded to 05.13.0…. whats the point of holding back the unlock for 05.12.01??? then its gona be just as useless as now..SMH

I’ve just installed it and I confirm it has Utilities folder.

Funny thing is on the other betas I always created a Utilities folder like that.
I also put in Stocks and Contacts.

I don’t know where you got that inormation about a “utilities” folder, I’ve just installed beta 4 and there isn’t any such. If you saw it in a screenshot or something, it’s something that user made themselves. Just so you know..

Looking forward to reading about any updated features though, as I can’t see any superficial differences. Perhaps this is just a bugfix release, tidyin up.
