iPhone addictive? Am I an addict? Are you? Who knows?

Are your iPhone addictive?

One question that always equals the current is on the Internet is addictive or not. Divide everything related to internet to do so, I will go automatically into the iPhone. In these times when it becomes easier and easier to go online, it is in my opinion the iPhone the leading appliance to use for these connections in all its various guises. To the faster effect of mind-altering substance (drug) has on the intake, the faster you become dependent on it. Simple science.

That iPhones updated periodically know anyone who has one, also including Apple’s other machines. There are updates to operating systems, software, accessories type USB etc etc. This can be both frustrating and exciting. For many, very difficult to refrain from pressing the Enter and update to see what’s new. After a while, maybe the human brain searching these frustrations or tensions!?

What we know is at least the following: ”Stanford University survey confirm what many iPhone users may have long suspected: Apple’s smartphone can be addicting. Apple’s wonder phone may even be a confidence booster: 74 percent said the iPhone also made them feel cool. How could anyone resist a phone that can do that”?

“Could it be that Apple deliberately makes people dependent by constantly “be on” news and updates to make the product more exciting? Who knows!? What we know is in all cases that “the sooner a “drug” seems the faster we become dependent on it.”

As an example, how frequently these iPhone news shows up, we can take Cydia’s funding requests. “300.000 unique devices check in to Cydia each day, over 650.000 each week. This takes the form of people looking for new packages, new repositories, and getting upgrades”..

For me, as an absolute dependence iPhone, as Cydia and all its new applications, themes, tweaks, etc. is a must to check every morning. For the most part, before I check email and other more important tasks. Not only that. Sometimes I even as an example to get really angry when someone calls out to me that we should eat. Irritation, shoot at meetings, ensure that people stay away, lies, and even manipulation manifests itself when I, as someone said to me, is my “iPhone autistic” universe.

Nobody is perfect as the saying reads, and some can not take everything we do as “sick” and dysfunctional. But sometimes it’s worth doing a little insight and introspection to find back to reality when we were out there in cyber world for a while. iPhone is a fantastic and far the best phone that sometimes burning in my pocket in order to be used and it also makes his valiant attempts to take timely and out of season rears its beautiful “face”. For the most part it succeeds.

Am I an addict? Are you? Who knows?
