Latest firmware update is a minor release but if you are a potential jailbreaker then stay away from this update until we have a solid confirmation or new release of jailbreaking tools. Firmware 3.1.3 is a fix for iPhone 3GS battery level reporting, app crashes on launch and for app crashes while using Japanese Kana Keyboard.
