Apple App Store Now Available in a Browser Near You

18 February 2010 by Vinay No Comment

Two weeks ago Apple introduced  “iTunes preview”, whenever you hit an iTunes link, you’re getting a preview page of the content you’re trying to access. So now when you click on an App Store link you were re-directed to iTunes Preview in your favorite browser. iTunes Preview displays the app logo, price, description, screenshots, rating, reviews and more in a new window or tab. Today Apple extended iTunes preview furthermore with complete App Store browsing in your internet browser. According to Apple, the service will be improved but still could be the first step for a total conversion of the App Store and iTunes Store directly to your favorite browser. You can try the service simply by clicking here.
