hi, everyone, i j/b my 3gs 3.1.2 new bootroom with redsnow 0.9.3 and then unlocked with blacksnow, everything seemed to work fine but mms issue. after inserted all the settings for mms for tmobile(must reboot to have it effected), i rebooted the phone, i got mms but no wifi (the wifi can't detect the wireless networks around). i looked all over the net but no hope, then i found a guide to fix the wifi by resetting the network, after resetting the network(again, must do the reboot to get this to work), the phone rebooted again and wifi is back but mms is gone because all the settings for the mms is clear from the resetting. this really pissed me off, it's like you can ONLY get one of the two because after each reboot one of them will be lost. i think the problem is somehow the wifi and mms just can't get along on the 3gs with new bootrom. i give up now, please help me out..thanks alot

I managed to get around the black screen problem on win7 x64 with my 3GS (MC week 28), dunno what i did it but it worked after i did this:

+ JB with blackra1n
+ run redsnOw with already pwned & verbose mode getting the hard drive icon on the iphone. It resets correctly.
+ reflashed the firmware with itunes to 3.1.2
+ run redsn0w with install cydia and custom logo. I get the hard drive icon again and reset to a JB phone & sweet custom logo.

Hope this helps anyone who may have this problem.

I get the same black screen and redsnow doesn't seem to be able to push the iPhone into restarting during the process. Not sure whats up with it maybe it because im on win7 x64 but seen confirmation of JB on other x64 systems.

I'm going to wait for the final release.
