Multifl0w : Graphical Interface for Multitasking for iPhone
Finally iPhone (jailbroken) got the Palm Pre like multitasking. Multiflow takes the advantage of Backgrounder app from Cydia. Backgrounder is a Mobile Substrate-based extension to Apple’s SpringBoard application launcher that allows applications to run in the background (applications are normally terminated upon suspension). Multifl0w is a multitasking interface which displays applications that are running and allows you to scroll left and right between them for quick switching. It also includes a snapshot of each of the backgrounded applications.

How to Install & Use Multiflow
Open Cydia and search for RockApp. Once the application is installed, start it, wait for the refresh and download Multifl0w. The application fee is ($ 4.99) you can also use the 10 day trial version before purchasing.After you install the Tweak, you just put different background applications (using long Backgrounder by clicking on the Home button), then click the Home button quickly 2 times, showing the effect Multifl0w.
