So what do I do to jailbreak and unlock my iPhone 3GS? I want to buy the new iPhone 4 which I can now my contract is up and want to jailbreak and unlock the 3GS and sell it on ebay. I think I can get a good deal on it but is it safe to unlock and jailbreak phones? I’m hearing from folks here and there and noone seems to want to give me any advice but most folks are doing it. Any help is appreciated …

I Have unlocked my iphone 3gs 3.0 …….i accidentally upgraded to 3.1 and now my phone is locked.
I dont know if i had placed my files on saurik’s server…is there anyway to find out “whether” i placed??…..i cant downgrade to 3.0 cos itunes says “your device is not eligible for the requested build”…

I have a iphone 3gs OS 3.1 pree install. I bought this phone from Hong Kong and no need to unlock to use with other network sim cards. However I need to install Cydia to get more applications. Pls help me to install cydia to my phone.

OK i have an iphone 3g that i had to update through itunes ( i know i screwed up) but now i want to re-jailbreak it ( not interested in unlocking )I have tried to downgrade to 3.0.1 itunes wont let me with redsnow.i have tried custom restore through itunes get a 1602 error everytime.what if anything can i do to Re- jailbreak this thing? Thanks for any help.

Aw crap…, I got a 3.1 OS loaded 32GB 3GS upgrade from our local AT&T today.

I’m hoping a jailbreak for this firmware will released soon… So was Unlocked. I miss my soap-up 16GB 3G…
