Hi All
I scratch loaded my Iphone 2G. After that I upgraded it to 3.0.1. Now when I use the RedSn0W_Win_0.8 with Bootloaders 3.9 and 4.6, it displays “Downloading Jailbreak Data…” for almost 15 minutes and then still does not unlock the phone. I can only do S.O.S. calls. Can some one help me about it?
Also, how can I get my basic softwares e.g, browser,maps,weather, calc etc back?

I had the same problem with the reboot. Then I found a very helpful tip in Youtube where a guy told me to unplug the iPhone (mine is 2G) and plug it in back in 3 secs in DFU mode. It worked great and I had it jailbroken and unlocked. I can make all the calls I want but people can’t reach me quite often. It says that my phone is switched off even though it isn’t. And I have a REAL battery problem – it’s gone in a couple of hours. Any help with that? 10x

i dont know wht the hell is wrong with my 2g. i hav done all the redsnow again n again, even i hav restored my iphone for more then a 100 times but still at the end, its “waiting for reboot”,

i need serious help

I’ve done all the jailbreaking and installed ultrasn0w, however when i put another network sim card it shows the network but i cant get the phone activated. It comes up with the emergency screen. I’ve restored and tried it like 5 times and have had no luck. Any help??

i had upgraded my 2G iphone with new 3.0.1 but now when i am tryin to unlock my phone with redsnow 0.8 it says ipsw not found ….
please help i have been tryig to fix this problem since 1 week
i tried with redsnow 7.2.
tried with 3.0 ipsw also
nothing seems to be working
pleaes help

i have same problem with DSHan and i’ve already choosed the less option,just check the cydia not the icy,,one of them
but it’s still showing same thing

i have iphone 3gs firmware 3.0.1 and using purplera1n to jailbreak,it goes into recovery mode and i get the pic of(whoever he is) but it just wont reboot.ive also tried redsn0w and it wont find the file i downloaded to reboot,any suggetions?i must be a proper muppet coz ppl say they have done this in 7 mins,pulling my hair out big time

I have 2G and is this jailbreak for AT&T in US only? I tried the redsn0w and it bricked my 2G. Thanks.
