I saw lot of postings in EBAY which are selling IPHONES 3gs 16GB. Select someone who is having good feedback and selling for less price. I remember one US seller selling it in India for 35000 brand new Unlocked. That was a decent price. I tried to compare the prices in US EBAY site and they are selling New Unlocked Phones for 630 to 650 which comes to (29000 to 30000). So selling it for 35000 should be good deal as shipping and customs would be involved.

while you say that people should jailbreak their iphones you should warn them of the possible problems.
it makes the iphones insecure and open to malware. as of now there not much out there. just one harmless worm, but soon there could be more.
also it makes the software more unstable. so if you jailbreak your phone may crash more often.
so basically if you want to stay with your carrier (airtel or vodafone) you should not jailbreak.

There is no way u can get an iphone 3gs for 199$ from UK. I live in UK and i can assure you that it is not possible. I own a 3gs and ive paid 420 GBP.

yea that dealer is definitely selling those chinese fakes, no one can give you a 3GS for free just like that.
