It told me is going to restart the iphone. When the white apple showed frozed in it did now when thru the icons screen.I reseted the iphone holding down home and on/off bottom for 10 sec. the iphone trun off and the apple come on iphone is not responding. it frozed on the white apple screen. I noticed that the iphone after stay frozen turn off and on automatelly, but stay on white apple scrren.. I also try factory reset ,After the iphone is off (only way to turn off is pushing down both bottoms like you are doing the reset)I push the menu bottom ,but did not responde to the accion.
