i have an iphone 3g and i tried to get os 3.0 but gave me an error in the end. that it can’t be updated with os 3.0 should i try it again?

okay this is fantastic im glad to see these updates
i’m in the us and i just bought an unlocked 2g iphone on ebay i’ll be receiving it soon (i hope!) i don’t know if it is running the latest software and if it isn’t, and i’m using tmobile if i update, will it lock the phone again? i’m not sure if i want to try to deal with unlocking it again ect unless its going to work for sure…

I want to ask if iphone 3G software update will work on 3GS because Apple never said they release iphone 3G which is 16GB but I do see alot of iphone 3G with 16GB.

It’s Fantastic experience using Touch iPhone! A marvalous product in my hand a gift by my son all the way 24X7!! If this is so good of 2G Ver then forthcoming ver could be imagined of he would be excellent with uPas!!! wait guys i can’t understand exactly what’s to do i have 2g, iphoneos 3.0 i have to download recording video but first i have to upgarde my iphone to 3.1 but i’m affraid that it will be locked so what shal i do plz sombody reply

hi Vinay,
i dont know what firmware i have right now in my iphone 2g but it shows at recovery mode , i tried to jailbroke n unlock with redsnow firmware 3.0 but after so many times shot at it , it is still sits in recovery mode…plz do help me out this situation…thanx in advance
