The fee was $2 via paypal and then the option for install becomes available. Well, after the installation it requires respringing the device. My unit froze on the respring...so I let it sit there frozen for about 5 minutes while I began downloading everything to jailbreak it again on my Mac. Before everythng was downloaded I I just forced the iphone to reboot and Boom.... it came up and there was 3G unrestrictor. So I went ahead and configured it. turned off my WIFi and Boom..... slingplayer over AT&T 3g network. BoooYah baby. Still the respring hang was a real pain in the Ass.
