1. Shift + Restore or Shift + Upgrade for the 3.0 firmware beta 4
2. Run QuickPWN Beta 4 for Cydia.
3. Follow onscreen instructions and when it says recovery mode, unplug your iphone, turn it off, wait 10 seconds, hold home for 5 seconds, then plug it in, continue following the onscreen instructions.
4. Enjoy jailbroken 3.0 beta 4

hi i jailbroke my iphone 3g but unfortunatly my phone does not seem to recognise other sims it shows the signal bars but does not display the carrier name nor am i able to make calls with a sim what do i do
For those that are having problems running QuickPwn on windows, note you have to have microsoft net framework installed on your computer. it’s the Only way.. Google it, u should find it!!
Does this work with Mac?
No this is for Windows only..
