Windows 7 Up to Build 7078 and Build 7079
Windows 7 build 7077 is out in the wild there is also talk of Windows 7 Build 7105 having already been compiled over in Redmond. Now Wzor {most trusted source} confirms that Microsoft passed the developement over build 7078 to build 7079. Windows 7 Build 7079 has 6.1.7079.0.090407-1902 as the complete build string according to Wzor. The string indicates that the milestone was built on April 7, 2009. But at the same time,Wzor reporting that MS also compiled Windows 7 Build 6.1.7105.0.winmain.090404-1235 on April 4, 2009. Sources says Build 7077 is the Pre RC build and with some modifications it’ll we released as RC release in May. It appears that isn’t the case and Microsoft has built 7078.0.090406-1758 and 7079.0.090407-1902 over the last few days.
This is the most controversial issue if build 7077 is pre RC and build 7105 is compiled then why microsoft is still playing with build 7078 and 7079. Build 7077 is leaked in this weak and the next major leak will be appear in last week of April or in first half of May when Microsoft is ready to release the first RC release. As you know Build 71XX will be the next leak maybe within this week. The point to be noticed is that Windows 7 RC designed to block upgrades from Beta Build 7000 and pre-RC development milestones to full RC. means you have to make a clean install instead of upgrading.
