How to Download and Save Pictures from Orkut Album.

Last time i posted on How to Access Orkut in a Blocked Network if you missed that one check here. Orkut is the fourth most visited website in INDIA and eleventh most visited website in the World according to Alexa. I m not an Orkut addicted, but one of my Orkut addicted friend asked me how to download pictures from Orkut Album. After messing 2 hours with Orkut finally i found the way to download pictures from your or friends Orkut Album. It’s a very simple trick the only thing you required is Google Chrome web browser.If you are not using Google Chrome browser you can download the browser from here or here. Ok ready follow the simple steps given below.

1. login to your Orkut Account >> Orkut Album Picture >>

2. When the picture is available in browser with full resolution. Right click outside the Image Frame and select “ View Frame Source “ as shown in figure below.

3. A new window with a lots of code will opened in next tab now you have to find the source code of image. Confused, let me make it easy for you press CTRL + F . Small Search window will be open at top right hand corner. Check the image number 3.

4. In search window type “ <img id “ without quotes. You will find a highlighted code something like this “ src=”http://images.orkut.com/orkut/albums2 “ just click on the code and the image will be opened in a new window now you can save the picture by right click then save.
